Tasting Notes:

Just like our wines, each Goose that resides on Goose Island in nearby Lake Serafino, has its own unique personality. The Geese are a constant source of enjoyment and entertainment. Vibrant, passionfruit, lemongrass and citrus notes. Zesty citrus flavours with hints of fresh passionfruit. A bright and refreshing wine which has a crisp finish.

Technical:

Harvested in the cool of the night in order preserve the delicate fruit characters. The grapes were destemmed, chilled and gently pressed into stainless steel vessels. The juice was allowed to settle and then racked for a long cool fermentation with specialized yeast in order to fully express the brightness and freshness of flavours. Pairs well with salad or white meat dishes.
